Transpublico Fair and National NTU seminar

2015-09-16 Between the 1st and 3rd of September, Caio Induscar took part in the Transpublico Fair and National NTU seminar at the Trans American Expo Centre in São Paulo, promoted by NTU – The Association of Urban Transport Companies.

Caio Induscar exhibited their urban Apache VIP, featuring two wheelchair elevators, and their Super-articulated Millennium BRT. A newsworthy event from the bus builder was the launch of their Solar 3400 motorbus.

The event brings companies from the transport sector together, including manufacturers, coach builders, bus operators, and spares suppliers who exhibited products for the home and overseas markets.

As well as exhibiting products, the visitors and exhibitors took part in the seminar which addressed the theme of “Give buses priority for a sustainable mobility”. Engineering manager of Caio Induscar, Pedro Botejara, participated on the panel “Bodies for Urban Buses in Brazil”, on the use of new materials and the impact of auxiliary equipment in vehicle construction and maintenance.

It is extremely important to Caio Induscar to participate in events which encourage debate on solutions for public transport and the sustainability of urban mobility.
