2024-11-25The Caio Group held activities in celebration of World Quality Day, defined by the UN as the second Thursday in November, this year the 14th.
The campaign, which took place over four days, from November 11 to 14, was organized by the Quality and Endomarketing - People & Management sectors, reaffirming the companies` commitment to excellence in their products and services.
The aim of this initiative was to raise awareness of quality and its implications for employees` daily lives, as it is an essential tool for ensuring a more efficient and harmonious working environment, as well as building customer loyalty.
Maurício Cunha, vice-president of the Caio Group, points out: “During a week full of activities, teaching and fun, we were able to demonstrate in practice the importance of carrying out our work with quality. We reaffirm our commitment to always doing our best, promoting professional, personal and Group development”.
Actions promoted during the week
Quality Week kicked off with the “Q for Quality” video, in which employees from the Botucatu and Barra Bonita companies formed a large “Q” in an aerial view on the Caio Botucatu lawn.
Another action was the “Quality Signature” with the hashtag #EusouQualidade [#IamQuality], where Caio Group employees and authorities were able to sign buses and parts manufactured by each company, recording their commitment to excellence.
There were also activities such as dynamics on the correct separation of materials and the display of banners in the factories.
The Caio Group`s Quality Week reaffirms the importance of continuous quality and the positive impact it has on the actions and relationships of all employees.
