GUERINO SEISCENTO INITIATES PARTNERSHIP WITH CAIO UPON PURCHASE OF FIFTEEN APACHE VIP V MODEL BUSES

Viação Guerino Seiscento recently made its first purchase of Caio products, acquiring fifteen (15) units of Apache Vip, the best-selling urban bus made in Brazil. These buses will operate in public transport in the cities located in the Midwest region of Sao Paulo.

About Apache Vip
The fifteen fifth-generation buses are 12.735m long and provide total capacity for 74 passengers. The unit bodies have been mounted on a Mercedes-Benz OF-1721 L/59 chassis with pneumatic suspension, thus assuring convenience and preventing jerks during the ride.
With front engine and boarding, the vehicles have been equipped with three doors, front, mid and rear, on the right side of the body. Front and rear doors are of bellows type, with pneumatic activation and the sedan mid door with manual activation.
Seats are padded and tourism model, with hand grip tube. Of the 38 seats, five are reserved for people with disabilities (PcD), reduced mobility and the elderly.
Other accessibility items include semiautomatic hydraulic lift, built on the body, under the mid door, and the space exclusive for wheelchair users for visually disabled persons accompanied by service dog.
Onboard Technologies of the buses include air conditioning, electromechanical turnstiles, door blocking devices (original of the chassis), reverse gear alarm with night attenuator, USB ports, internal LED lighting, points for installation of micro cameras, ticket validator, preparation for Wi-Fi and GPS systems in the central power board and one front itinerary display.
