Grupo Caio is promoting, for the 9th consecutive year, an event focused on employees 100% Presence

2019-04-04 In the second half of March 2019, Grupo Caio Induscar held the 9th edition of the 100% Presence Program, an annual event held in honor of employees who missed less than one day during 2018.

More than 500 employees of Grupo Caio participated in the lunches and dinners promoted in Caio`s facilities, which had decoration and special menus. All the participants received a certificate, gifts with the Program logo and took pictures with their managers, which are fixed in the Sectorial Panels. ``It was the first time I participated and, besides lunch being very good, the organization was perfect. It was very important to me, because I feel more motivated. Not missing a day in the period of 1 year is not easy, but it is possible and I will continue doing my best. The backpack and squeeze bottle we received were very well thought out gifts, I`m using everything!`` reports employee Sandra Saturnino de Souza, from Inbrasp`s Finishing sector.

Also, during the event, the lottery of more than 100 prizes was carried out, among them a refrigerator, an electric oven, grill, an car radio, a cooler, among others.

At Grupo Caio, whoever was 100% Presence for 9 consecutive years, received a special gift. ``It is very important to be recognized, to see that the company values our commitment. I didn`t expect to receive a microwave! I have already been awarded dinner on other occasions of recognition, but to win a gift is different. It is a very positive attitude of the company, which encourages us a lot``, explains employee Tatiana Tozzo Menozzi, from Caio`s Information Technology department.

Managers and heads accompanied their teams during meals, as a way to honor them and promote greater integration between managers and employees. The board was also present at all lunches and dinners. ``It was very special to experience that moment, to see the satisfaction of our team being recognized. The 100% Presence Program is a simple way to show that the company sees each employee in a unique way and that we are proud to have him as a member of the Caio family``, details Simonetta Pucciarini da Cunha, Administrative, HR and Marketing director.

A video showing the best moments of the event was released in all of Grupo`s companies and included a message from Mr. Maurício Lourenço da Cunha, Caio`s Industrial director. ``We thank everyone that was 100% throughout the year, dedicated and committed day after day. The work of each one is fundamental to make the Caio brand a success, and the company, the largest manufacturer of urban buses in Brazil and one of the largest in the world.
