ABC receives 56 units of Apache VIP urban bus, Caio brand

2021-07-08 The Next Mobilidade Group is receiving 56 Apache VIP urban buses, Caio brand, which will operate in the remaining lines managed by EMTU, in the ABC region, which covers a population of over 2.7 million inhabitants.

The new vehicles have air conditioning and a total of five doors on both sides of the body, items recently incorporated into buses in the region that will soon have more exclusive lanes and a BRT system, part of the reformulation of the ABC Paulista transport system.

The new Apache Vip units, generation 4, add the most modern technology in the segment to the region`s public transportation. The new buses have on-board technology items, such as monitors and cameras in the doors, which help in the management of the fleet system and in passenger safety.

A Wi-Fi system for Internet access and USB sockets for recharging mobile devices are also differentials of the bodies, which have LED internal lighting and electronic itineraries. The seats are ergonomic and fully upholstered, providing comfort during the trip.

Elevator and exclusive seats for people with disabilities, reduced mobility, and the elderly provide full accessibility.

Itineraries located at strategic points in the body ensure optimal visibility for passengers.
