Taguatur expands fleet with 45 new urban buses, Caio`s Apache Vip

2019-05-16 Aiming to expand its fleet of vehicles, Taguatur Taguatinga Transportes e Turismo acquired 45 new urban buses of the Apache Vip model, the market leader, manufactured by Caio Induscar.

Founded in 1968, Taguatur Transportes is considered one of the largest and best structured companies in the public transportation segment in Brazil.

Always striving to provide its services with excellence and quality products, the company, a traditional Caio client, chose the brand to compose its fleet, made up of 100% by our vehicles.

The new units acquired will operate on lines linked to the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT), which will run between Brasília (DF) and the cities of Santo Antonio Descoberto and Águas Lindas de Goiás (GO).

All vehicles are 12,680 meters long and have a total capacity for 82 people. They have total accessibility, with semiautomatic lifts and armchairs for people with disabilities (PcD), with reduced mobility and the elderly.

The units are equipped with state-of-the-art items, equipped with camera monitoring, three LED electronic itineraries and a multiplex system, which provides the driver with total control of bus functions and helps to identify glitches in the operational and electrical part of the vehicle.

With the intention of offering more convenience and comfort to passengers during their trips, all buses have a barrier to the sun`s effects through the tinted windows and fully upholstered seats.

For more than seven decades, Caio Induscar has served its customers with products that align technology, quality and durability, which means that the brand is chosen in a decisive way in the expansion and renewal of the companies` fleet.
