Urbi Mobilidade Urbana of the Federal District renews the fleet with 133 Apache Vip Caio

2019-10-28 Urbi Mobilidade Urbana, a member of Grupo HP Transportes, opting for the tradition and quality of the Caio brand, renewed its fleet with the acquisition of 133 units of the front-engine urban, sales leader in the transport market, the Apache Vip.

The new vehicles will serve more than 200,000 people, who use Urbi transportation daily, in the cities of Samambaia, Recanto das Emas, Núcleo Bandeirante, Riacho Fundo I and II, in Brasília.

Of the 133 buses purchased, 46 units have five doors that will enable traffic, both in corridors and urban lines. Part of the order has already been delivered to the client and the other units are expected by the end of 2019.

All vehicles have technological resources such as the multiplex system, which provides the driver with total control of bus functions and assists in the identification of operational and electrical failures; LED electronic itineraries and internal monitoring system by cameras, offering greater security for all who use public transportation.

They are 12.69 meters long and have a total capacity for 84 people. The buses are fully accessible, equipped with automatic lifts and seats for people with disabilities, reduced mobility and the elderly. Aiming at the comfort of passengers while traveling, they also have fully upholstered armchairs.

100% Caio fleet
