Last month, Caio Induscar went through an assessment of all its processes related to quality, focused on continuous evolution, and got its second recertification. The certificate is valid for 3 years and every year, it is carried out maintenance audits to check the Quality System of the company, aligning the requirements of the standard.
Since the first certificate, many processes of the company have evolved, such as planning, higher activities standardization, training for employees´ capacity building and motivation, facilities improvement, incorporation of new technologies and market strategies, improvement programs development, strengthening of partnership in the whole productive chain, among others.
