Disseminating the company`s values and good practices in labor relations are some of the topics addressed in internal programs, such as the PDL - Leadership Development Program (continuous improvement of skills development), aimed at managers, and the PDI - Individual Development Program (behavioral and motivational), aimed at all employees, ``We offer technical courses and professional qualification such as Mathematics and Metrology; Welding Technology and Symbology; Training of Welders; Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawings, among others, which collaborate with the professional growth of the employees, allowing them to participate in vacancies available in Grupo Caio through Internal Recruitment,`` explains the Corporate Manager of People Management and HR, Silvio dos Santos.
Internal Recruitment is an HR practice that has been happening since 2011 and consists of selecting employees from Grupo itself to fill open positions in the administrative and manufacturing areas. The Internal Recruitment processes have already generated growth opportunities for approximately 400 employees of Grupo Caio.
``The recruitment process consists of several stages, in which the technical and behavioral competencies of each candidate are evaluated, in a transparent and impartial internal process, which values the appreciation of our professionals, who have the opportunity to grow professionally within Grupo,`` details Simonetta Pucciarini da Cunha, Administrative Director of HR and Marketing.
Another program carried out by the group is the ``Corporate University``, started in 2016 and that has already trained more than 70 employees and aims to prepare the future leaders of the Grupo Caio. The selection of the participants is carried out by means of specific criteria, evaluating performance, leadership and posture profile, professional investment made in the career, company and work process knowledge, academic training, writing and theoretical test. The Program is developed in about 15 months, with a workload of approximately 170 hours of training, considering the day-to-day premises of the organization and development of behavioral and leadership skills.
