Last April, there was the graduation of the first students in the Bus Body Assembly Auxiliary course. The course is offered at no cost to the community by Caio Induscar in a partnership with Botucatu City Hall, Senai and the Guarda Mirim. The classes were ministered at the Worker University (UNIT).

The complete course is sponsored by the bus body builder and the first group was made up of 26 students, 10 out of them were hired by the company. During 2013, other 9 groups of 30 students each are planned, summing up at the end of the year approximately 300 people graduated and well prepared to the work market.

To Caio Induscar, it is important to provide courses that aggregate values to the community, creating professional opportunities.
