Caio Induscar, together with the Guarda Mirim, SENAI, and Botucatu City Council, promoted free community courses in Assistant Body Assembler and MIG welding in 2013. The courses took place at UNIT (University of the Worker).

Caio Induscar sponsored the entire course. In all, 245 people completed the Assistant Body Assembler course and 50 completed the MIG welding course. Of these, 135 were contracted by the Paulista bus builder.

For the company directors, Manual qualifications are essential for growth of the work market and improving community life, generating jobs, and personal development.
