Caio Induscar delivers buses to São Paulo State Military Police

2014-07-04 Through a bidding process, Caio Induscar has delivered 20 Solar II motorbuses to the São Paulo State Military Police to transport police personnel within the state. The Solar model was designed, tested, and approved by the clients due to its comfort, design, and strength to meet the requirements of long, medium, and short distances.

The vehicles are built on a 2.6m wide Mercedes-Benz chassis, the widest in the market, and a capacity to carry 46 passengers. The buses have air conditioning, luxury model fabric covered soft reclining passenger seats, executive model luggage racks, and retractable lap seatbelts increasing comfort for police officers when travelling; they also have pneumatically actuated front doors, giving them a more modern look. The buses are custom painted in the Police colours and logo. They are being used during the World Cup in São Paulo.
