SIPAT 2024 ACTIONS IN THE CAIO GROUP

2024-12-06 The Caio Group reaffirmed its commitment to the safety of its employees by promoting the Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at Work (SIPAT), held between November 25 and 29. The aim of the event was to raise awareness about personal safety and care in the workplace.

The SIPAT activities were organized by the Occupational Safety, Medical Service and Endomarketing - People & Management teams, covering essential topics such as hand protection, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), mental health and awareness of the risks and consequences of consuming legal and illegal drugs.

Throughout the week, Caio`s plants in Botucatu and Barra Bonita were the scene of interactive activities focused on these themes of safety and well-being. Among the attractions were a magic show, a goal kick, a treasure hunt with souvenirs and quizzes with raffle draws.

Helder Querubin, an occupational safety engineer at the Caio Group, and Leandro dos Santos, a member of Caio`s occupational safety team, underscored the importance of reinforcing the safety culture in companies. “Each activity was carefully planned to involve and raise awareness among employees, demonstrating that accident prevention can be approached in a light and interactive way. Everyone`s participation was fundamental to the success of this week and reinforces our collective commitment to a safer and healthier environment.”

SIPAT at the Caio Group is an important reminder of the ongoing commitment to the well-being of employees, ensuring that they return healthy and safe to their families.
