In 2024, from January to November, the Caio Group recorded approximately 190 approvals in internal recruitment processes. This program allows employees to apply for open positions within the Group`s companies in Botucatu, such as Caio, Inbrasp, Tecglass, Copperbuss and Fiberbus, as well as the Caio manufacturing unit in Barra Bonita. This initiative underscores the Group’s strategy of promoting professional growth and mobility across different sectors. By offering opportunities for career development within its companies, the Group becomes a powerful talent pool and career accelerator.
The Caio Group also provides an extensive range of technical and behavioral training, lectures, and workshops, all aimed at qualifying its employees and preparing them for market challenges. At Caio Botucatu alone, there were approximately 391 training events from January to October 2024, involving 10,485 participants and totaling 126,000 hours of training.
A noteworthy example of the Group’s commitment to employability is its paid Bodywork Welding Course, part of the Welders’ Assistant training program. Between July and November 2024, 110 new employees, most with no prior industrial experience, joined the initiative. Of these, 47 were permanently employed after their probation period, and 27 were promoted to the position of Welder I, achieving a 57% retention rate among permanent hires.
In addition to its dedication to professional development, the Caio Group prioritizes the well-being of its employees by offering a variety of benefits.
