Caio Induscar Internship Program closes its 2020 activities with the graduation of the 5th class

2020-12-09 The 2020 edition of the “Young Talents Internship Program” of Caio Induscar Group has ended on the first week of December. The manufacturing projects workshop and the graduation of the 25 college students, who participated in the program, closed this edition.

The aim of the program is to conduct a journey of learning and results, with approximately 1300 hours of technical and complementary activities, offering to students the experience of working in a group of companies that are the leaders of their sectors.

Starting on 2016, “Young Talents” hired 45% of the interns of all its editions. On 2020 alone, 13 participants were hired and 4 had their internships extended.

The solid content that was shared through the eleven months of the program, a content that includes the knowledge of behavioral skills and techniques, and the mentoring offered by the Multidisciplinary Committee are the main points that make “Young Talents” a success.

Caio de Paula Romancini, Mechanical Engineer student from the Federal University of Technology – Paraná, explains how it was to experience the intense routine of a great industry “I had the opportunity to improve my professional skills by learning from real situations where was possible to apply the theories and tools that I’ve learned on University. The good planning and the excellent professionals, who always supported me when I needed it, made the transition from theory to practice to be crystal clear”.

The Internship Program, as well as other programs from the Caio Induscar Group, aims to give the participants an experience in a motivating work environment and filled with challenges, in order to promote the professional and personal development of students. Estela Barbieri Benatti, student of Manufacturing Engineering from UNESP, talks about her experience “Since the beginning, I could see the exponential growth that Caio provides to each of us. Throughout the year I had reasons to come to the company and have experiences. Thank you to each person who I had the privilege of meeting and who contributed to my learning. We make many decisions throughout our lives. My decision of entering the Internship Program certainly was a great choice in my life and I’m very proud of it!”
