Caio provides five buses to Expresso Miramar with protection to the drivers

2020-07-24 Empresa Miramar has recently acquired five units of the Apache VIP, an urban model with front-engine from Caio, all of which with a protection barrier – an important item during the sanitary crisis we are living – for the drivers.

Caio, a bus-manufacturer company, undertook the commitment with the mobility market and created a set of quick and accessible solutions, highlighting the safety. Glass protection for drivers is one of these solutions.

Expresso Miramar is Caio’s traditional customer and constantly searches for products with new technologies and innovations of the manufacturer of body shells. A large part of the company’s fleet is composed of vehicles of the brand Caio, which is a reference for the market of urban mobility.

Vehicles acquired are part of the fleet enlargement and will move around the streets of Niterói, in the State of Rio de Janeiro.

They measure 11,38 meters in length, with front embarking and total capacity for 68 people. They are 100% accessible, equipped with lifters and seats reserved for people with restricted mobility, People with Disabilities, and elderly people.

The buses also have air conditioning, electronic itineraries, and electromechanical turnstiles.

Giving more comfort and comfortableness to the passengers during the rides, all of the vehicles also have completely upholstered seats – the tourism model.
