Proposal new investments by Caio Induscar Group

2013-04-24 Caio Induscar Group signed an intension letter with Barra Bonita City Hall to open a new industrial unit, bringing jobs to that city and region, as well as opportunities to the current employees of the Group.

Barra Bonita city was chosen due to its proposal of a benefit package, such as labor availability, tax benefits and area for the plant installation, making the project viable.

Last April 23, a council formed by Caio Induscar Group directors and managers presented to the City Hall members a proposal to be voted further, with the Group needs for the company establishment and the results for the city.

The main objective is to increase the capacity of Caio Induscar bus body production, starting the new plant with a projection of 200 employees with potential to go up to 500, depending on the national and international bus market demand. The investment estimate is R$ 25 million.

This week, Caio Induscar Group also announced an investment of R$ 30 million in a new Industrial Complex in Botucatu city.

Caio Induscar Group is made up by public transport companies in São Paulo, vehicle dealers, the bus body builder Caio Induscar; Fiberbus (fiberglass); Inbrasp (plastic parts) and the new Industrial Complex with the companies Tecglass (glass); CPA (aluminum processing); GR3 (aluminum distribution) and an Administrative Center to provide the companies of the Industrial Complex with administrative service.
