Caio supplies four Apache Vip buses to El Salvador

2020-10-09 Caio Induscar recently exported four city buses to El Salvador. The new vehicles will operate on the transportation system of the city of San Salvador, the capital of the country that borders Guatemala to the west, and Honduras, to the north and east.

All buses purchased are of the Apache Vip urban model, which is in its fourth generation, acknowledged in the urban mobility market for its modern design, robustness, and durability of its components.

The vehicles are 11.30 meters long, front boarding and total capacity for 70 people. All of them are 100% accessible with elevators and seats reserved for people with reduced mobility, PwD and the elderly.

They have technological resources such as the multiplex system, which provides the driver with complete control of the bus functions and helps in identifying operational and electrical failures of the vehicle; LED lighting; electronic itineraries; preparation for electromechanical ratchet and camera monitoring system.

The vehicles are also equipped with items that provide more convenience and comfort to everyone, such as air conditioning, injected semi-upholstered seats for passengers and hydraulic seat with headrest and lateral displacement for the driver.
