Caio supplies five F2500 midibuses to transport rural operators

2023-04-11 Usina Alta Mogiana has acquired five zero km midibuses of the Foz F2500 model, Caio brand, to transport rural operators in the region of São Joaquim da Barra, in the interior of São Paulo. The Mercedes-Benz OF-1519 chassis were sold by Ribeirão Diesel, the automaker`s dealership in Ribeirão Preto.
The company has been producing sugar, ethanol and electricity for nearly 40 years, with environmentally friendly and socially responsible practices.
About the F2500
The vehicles purchased by the company are the Foz F2500 version, 10,900 mm long and capable of accommodating up to 42 passengers each.
With a sedan-type central boarding door and transom windows, it has movable tinted windows that provide thermal comfort.
The F2500 has LED lighting on the steps, making it easier for passengers to see when boarding or disembarking at night.
The models are also prepared for the future installation of a radio communicator, FM/USB radio and preparation for the installation of a time clock next to the driver`s bulkhead.
The seats are covered in vinyl and the headrests are upholstered, making them easy to clean and guaranteeing comfort. With passenger safety in mind, all seats have three-point belts.
Trapdoor ventilation in the front and rear positions not only ensures air exchange with the outside environment and thermal comfort on hot days, but also serves as emergency exits.
