Caio participates in one of the greater electric mobility and renewable energies’ event in Brazil

Caio participates, until November 25,of the event “Ampère: Brazil`s Electric Mobility Ecosystem``, which takes place at Mineirão Stadium, in Belo Horizonte. The event purpose is to promoting solutions to improve urban mobility, with technologies based on the carbon neutral industry.

Caio is constantly focused on issues involving the future of public transport, with focus on solutions to make mobility even smarter. So, in partnership with Eletra and Mercedes-Benz brands, it participates in the second edition of “Ampère: Brazil`s Electric Mobility Ecosystem in Brazil``, which takes place until 25 of November at Mineirão Stadium, in Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais.
The event features exhibitions, lectures and debates on alternative transport insertion powered by electric traction. “It`s a great opportunity to discuss this topic, which is so present in the segment we operate in,” points out José Gildo Vendramini, Caio`s national Sales Manager. We understand that the electric vehicle is an important part of the solution for urban mobility,” he adds.
Brands’ stand at the event
At the brands` stand, located near the accreditation area, the eMillennium, a vehicle from Caio`s product portfolio, specifically developed for electric drive chassis, is on display. “eMillennium adds 100% national technology, robust structure, safety, with items and solutions based on a lot of research and innovation. It is an international standard vehicle designed for our market needs”, explains Paulo Ruas, CEO of Grupo Caio.
The eMillennium being demonstrated has a Mercedes-Benz O500U chassis kit, with a low floor and has undergone electrification system installation, carried out by Eletra, with WEG battery. The model follows the concept of Caio products’ updated family, with items such as optics, taillights, air duct, return grid and door boxes interchangeable with other brand models. It is a vehicle with 100% accessibility, with reserved seats, space for wheelchair users and mobile ramps, that guarantees safe access for people with disabilities, reduced mobility and the elderly.
