The event was run by SETPESP – The São Paulo State Syndicate of Passenger Transport Companies, between the 25th and 27th April at the Hotel Villa Rossa, in São Roque, SP.
In the congress talks touched on themes such as: litigation, civil responsibility cases, political party contributions, by illustrious speakers such as Minister Luiz Fux, of the Supreme Federal Tribunal; Dr. Cesar Augusto Guimarães Pereira; lawyer, Masters and PhD in Law from PUC-SP, Professor of Administrative Law from Curitiba Law Faculty; Minister Paulo de Tarso Sanseverino, from the Superior Justice Tribunal; Judge Claudio Luiz Bueno de Godoy, from the São Paulo State Justice Tribunal; Minister Pedro Paulo Teixeira Manus, Retired Minister of the Superior Employment Tribunal - TST, Director and Professor of Law at PUC – SP; Appeals Judge Valdir Florindo, invited by the Superior Employment Tribunal - TST, Vice-President of the Brazilian Academy of Employment Law; Minister Marco Aurélio Mello, of the Supreme Federal Tribunal, President of the Superior Electoral Tribunal; Appeals Judge José Renato Nalini, President of the São Paulo State Justice Tribunal.
