Caio Induscar participates in North America’s UMA Expo 2015

2015-02-06 Caio Induscar begins 2015 standing out in the international market by participating in UMA Expo 2015 – United Motorcoach Association Exhibition, between January 19 and 21 in New Orleans, USA.

Considered the largest charter and motorcoach fair in the country, UMA Expo aims to present market trends and encourage new business for business executives in the sector and bus manufacturers and builders.

Attending the event were Sr. Maurício Cunha (Industrial Director); Simonetta Pucciarini da Cunha (Marketing DIrector); Antonio Robinson Volante (Industrial General Manager); Luis Ricardo Mori (Logistics, Manufacture, and Infrastructure Manager); Rafael Bressiani (Design); Sr. Klaus Von Winckler (Responsible for exports in USA); and ABG (Alliance Bus Group), North American Market distributor of Caio products.

During the three day event, Caio Induscar exhibited the new Giro 3600 II (S 3645), new Solar 3400 (S 3436) models, and a Giro 3600, all built on Freightliner chassis (of American origin).
The buses are fitted with an electrical and USB system (to charge computers and mobile phones) in each pair of seats, toilet, air conditioning, preheating and full temperature control, special windows with emergency exits, seats with three-point retractable seatbelts, and all other required safety features.

The vehicles stood out at the event due to their elegance and innovative design resulting in sales of the new models. A symbolic delivery of an S 3645 unit was made by Sr. Maurício Cunha to a client during the fair.

The Alliance Bus Group, exclusive distributor of Caio Induscar products in the country, has worked extremely hard in commercialisation, having 13 distribution points.
