Caio Induscar participates in congress

2013-04-12 Caio Induscar participated in the 57° Congresso de Municípios Paulistas, held in Santos city, São Paulo state coast, from April 2 to 6. Through speeches and talks with some specialists, this event aimed at showing to the politicians of that region solutions for the correct use of funds available to improve the cities development.

Caio Induscar, in a partnership with Mercedes-Benz, exhibited its school model of the federal government “Caminho da Escola” Program, intended to the transport of students from several Brazilian cities, mainly, in places of difficult access, commonly run by rurals.

The model exhibited was the Foz Super without elevator, adapted to such program. This vehicle has some differentials such as door blockage and a configuration prepared to run in the most different types of roads. Mercedes-Benz and Caio Induscar also have the model with elevator.

In the stand, technicians from the paulista bus body manufacturer showed to the audience how the program and the bus body work, clarifying doubts and explaining how the school vehicles can be acquired.

The Congress counted with a big audience with the presence of mayors, vice mayors, deputies, city councilors, the São Paulo state governor and the Planning, Budget and Administration Minister.

To Caio Induscar, taking part in public events is essential to exhibit its products and shows its concern with collaborating with students´ transport, avoiding school evasion.
