Caio Induscar delivers buses for transporting miners

2013-07-23 With the quality of our products and flexibility of our orders, Caio Induscar was chosen by mining company SD Comércio de Minerais to produce 5 Solar buses specifically to transport its workers to their workplace. The vehicles were adapted to work in in regions with high temperatures and high dust levels in the air.

The mines are situated in Itaúna, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The client ordered buses with glued windows due to the high levels of mining dust in the area and air conditioning to provide comfort to the miners while on the buses.

The mining company also requested bus seats with transverse seatbelts anchored at three points; internal led lighting, fog lamps, and flashing lights in the passenger compartment floor, further increasing worker comfort.

The vehicles are built on a Mercedes-Benz chassis, and are 12,540mm long, 2,600mm wide, and 3,400mm high.

Part of Caio Induscar’s mission is to supply buses that provide comfort and wellbeing to users far exceeding their expectations.
