CAIO BARRA BONITA’S JOB FAIR EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS

2023-12-27 The job fair organized by Caio Barra Bonita on Saturday, December 16th at CCI – Centro de Convivência do Idoso [Elderly Community Center] in São Manuel, and at the Ganha Tempo/Sebrae building in Areiópolis, was a great success. Approximately 250 people attended the event to submit their CVs and ask questions about the selection processes.

Isabel Silva, an analyst in the People & Management department at Caio Barra Bonita, celebrates the positive outcome of the action: ``It`s gratifying to welcome the community to this action which is so important for the company, because it needs to incorporate new professionals into the team. It`s also great to provide new opportunities, helping candidates who are looking for a job or to re-enter the job market.``

Ivan, 40, one of the candidates present at the Fair, comments on the importance of the initiative: ``Thanks to you, we`re here with an opportunity to get a job. At the moment, I`m unemployed and I`m really looking forward to getting back on the market and working for this great company. I have over 20 years` experience in the industry``.

CVs and professional profiles are already being analyzed by Barra Bonita`s People & Management department, which will call candidates for practical tests and interviews in January 2024.


``It`s very important that candidates, in addition to submitting their paper CVs, register on the company`s website, in the specific vacancies for Barra Bonita, under Production Operational Talents, in order to continue with the selection process,`` says Inez Daroz, Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development manager in the Caio Group`s People & Management department.
