BUS MANUFACTURERS CAIO AND BUSSCAR COMPLETE THE DEPLOYMENT OF A NEW TECHNICAL CENTER, IN SÃO PAULO

2021-09-21 Designed to attend the customers of both brands, the facility provides technical assistance services, replacement parts and training.

The synergy between two of the largest bus manufacturers in Brazil will make an additional step in the second half 2021. Caio, focused on the production of urban buses, and Busscar, in the production for the road, chartered and tourism segments, will start the works in the new Technical Center still in 2021.

Installed on Dutra Highway, in the city of Guarulhos - SP, the space is located within a privileged and strategic region, which also has many plants, business premises, and is a passage route towards other Brazilian states.

The design has been conceived to provide a remarkable experience in the service to customers of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo and other cities within a radius of 100 km of distance. “The site has been planned to optimize the technical assistance and supply of replacement parts. Speeding these processes prove our concern and respect with the customer and its operations, so as to meet its needs within the deadline and with excellence,” comments Diego Teixeira, New Business Manager.

Busscar Technical Center counts on a structure with 24 thousand square meters, which includes two buildings with separate purposes. The administrative building will have a comfortable lounge for reception, showroom of seats and coverings, and a modern Training Center, specific for collaborators of the bus operators. The second building is aimed to aftermarket services and technical assistance (whether or not within the warranty period), such as body renewal (structure, bodyworks, painting and electrical) and sales of replacement parts, with stock organized based on studies and surveys with the customers, for immediate attendance of orders.

“With the support from architects, contractor, technical staff at Caio, as well as professionals of the Marketing, Replacement Parts and Maintenance areas, the site has been fully renewed to house all the services of both bus manufacturers. The premises will offer face-to-face experience, by following all the health protocols required for this moment. It is important that our customer feels the textures of coverings, evaluates the robustness of materials and visit the bus models exposed,” explains Tânia Pires de Souza, Corporate Communication and Marketing Manager.

Customer valorization and satisfaction, in all of the contact points in its relationship with us, comprise the scope of mission of Grupo Caio. Thus, the completion of this project is an additional step made by the bus manufacturers to attend their business partners.

For Paulo Ruas, Sales Director of the Group, “Caio Busscar Technical Center is an enterprise that proves the important value of the customer relationship for the Group, from the purchase onset to aftermarket services. Our customers are our reason to exist.”
