Apache VIP buses from Caio Induscar acquired by Transwolff of São Paulo

2015-10-01 The Transwolff company, which operates in São Paulo’s South Zone, has put 90 Apache VIP buses into service, they were recently received from Caio Induscar and form part of their fleet update program.

The extreme south of São Paulo has areas where access is difficult, with steep roads, roads without asphalt, and areas of surface and underground water sources. According to Transwolff president, Luiz Carlos Pacheco “It’s not any bus can get to these regions. When choosing which vehicles to use, our company always keeps these aspects in mind. Caio Induscar is our chosen partner for this new batch of acquisitions, because the Apache VIP vehicles meet all our quality conditions even in areas with critical access conditions.”

The Apache VIP, a conventional “midibus” with a more powerful motor, is also equipped with embarkation technology such as USB socket and 4G internet connection via wifi.
The partnership between Transwolff and Caio Induscar to produce vehicles with specific characteristics has brought positive results in many aspects: “The conductor feels more comfortable and prestigious driving in a vehicle with so much technology and comfort. This factor has a direct impact by reducing company costs, with more user comfort, but mainly more user safety”, reports Pacheco.

The vehicles also have injection moulded seats with headrests, which provide more passenger comfort, electronic itineraries; a hydraulic driver’s seat with seatbelt; and air conditioning and door interlocks.

Caio Induscar are proud to produce buses tailored to client requirements, linking design, technology and user comfort. It is part of our mission to contribute to the development of São Paulo City’s public transport system.
