Caio Induscar carries on the “Employees´ Families Visit Program” in the company. The objective of this program is to make the families to come close and know the employees´ workplace, giving even more reasons to be proud of them.

The event occurred on November 21 and received 40 people among employees and their families. First, it was offered a coffee break and the presentation of the paulista bus body builder institutional video, then they visited the facilities and the sector in which each employee works, and to close the event, the company offered them a special lunch.

According to the participants, the result was positive, since all of them were satisfied with the event. Other visits for the families are planned to happen during all this year.

For Caio Induscar Board of Directors, it is gratifying to develop programs to employees and their families, contributing to the valorization and wellbeing of all.
